These terms apply to use of NTM Tracking, operated by Bhatti Brothers Ltd in Calgary, Alberta. Read them together with our privacy policy.
Authorized access
The app is intended for authorized company drivers with accounts issued by an administrator. Use only your assigned account, keep credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Access may be suspended or ended when authorization ends or the service is misused.
Permitted use
Use the app for authorized driver location sharing, viewing your profile and checking tracking status. Do not access another person’s account, falsify location records, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful surveillance. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Location and device settings
Location permissions and network connectivity are needed for tracking. You are responsible for starting and stopping sessions in accordance with company instructions and applicable law. Background tracking can be affected by operating-system restrictions and battery settings. Force-quitting on iPhone stops updates until the app is reopened and tracking resumes.
Safety and limitations
Set up tracking before driving. Never operate your phone while driving. NTM Tracking does not provide emergency response, guaranteed continuous monitoring, or navigation. GPS coordinates and timestamps may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app as the sole source of safety-critical information.
Service availability
We may maintain, update or change the service. Availability and location-delivery timing are not guaranteed. These terms do not create a freight booking, rate agreement, employment agreement or separate transportation contract.
Privacy and account requests
Our privacy policy describes the information handled by the app. You may stop tracking, manage device permissions and contact us for account closure or data requests. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server records.
Ownership and applicable rights
The app and company branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive permission to use the app for authorized purposes, not ownership of it. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is supplied without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes a right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
