- Enough detail to identify the information or correction you are requesting.
Never send your password, verification codes or identity documents in the initial email. We may contact you to verify your identity or authority before acting.
What happens next
Our team reviews the request, verifies identity as appropriate, and contacts you about next steps. This is a manually handled request, not an automatic deletion tool. We respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any permitted exceptions or required extensions.
What account closure and deletion mean
Account closure disables access. A deletion request asks us to remove personal information associated with the account, including driver profile information and linked location records, where we are permitted to do so. We will explain any records retained for legal, operational, dispute-resolution or security reasons. Backups may retain residual copies until their normal lifecycle completes.
Stop collection now
Open the app and tap Stop Tracking, then review location permissions in device settings. Deleting the app or stopping tracking does not by itself remove previously stored records. If workplace tracking requirements are relevant, discuss them with your company administrator.
